AudioQuest's DragonTail USB to USB-Micro adaptor activates USB Host Mode on most Android devices, allowing the devices to transmit USB digital audio to an outboard digital-to-analog converter (DAC). It has a USB-A (female) connection on one end and a Micro USB-B (male) connection on the other.

Using DragonTail to connect to an external USB DAC, such as an AudioQuest DragonFly, will provide greatly improved audio performance.

Solid 5% Silver Conductors

DragonTail's crucial design elements include solid 5% silver conductors, hard-cell foam insulation to maintain critical signal-pair geometry, and AudioQuest's Carbon-based Noise-Dissipation System to minimizes RF interference. DragonTail's signal-carrying conductors are controlled for digital-audio directionality for more engaging "3D" sound.
