Shipping and Delivery
Audio Advisor will ship products anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Estimated Times
- Our estimated shipping dates posted on our web pages are our best projection based on information gathered from suppliers and manufacturers. We strive for accuracy as much as possible. However, delays in manufacturing and shipping can cause dates to change.
- Audio Advisor will get your product shipped out to you as soon as possible, but please note that Audio Advisor is not able to guarantee any exact delivery dates. Once Audio Advisor ships your item(s), it is completely up to FedEx and the United States Postal Service to deliver them in a timely manner.
Free Ground Shipping
- When you order over $49 of products from us, your order qualifies for our FREE SHIPPING offer.
- This does exclude items shipped by airfreight.
- The offer is not valid for international orders.
- Audio Advisor reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time.
- The shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds on undeliverable or refused shipments.
Military Shipping
APO/FPO addresses receive free Priority Mail shipping
NOTE: USPS has a 70lb weight limit and a maximum size limit of 108" in combined length and girth (the distance around the thickest part) on Priority Mail® packages.
International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped via FedEx.
- We will only ship to the billing address that matches the billing address.
- International shipping charges are not estimated on our website.
- All VATs, duties, and other shipping-related fees will be assessed and asked for at shipping time.
Shipping Exclusions
Audio Advisor ships products all over the world, and while we have no standing exclusions, we reserve the right not to ship to a location.
SALES & PROMOTION
Coupons
Redemption: A coupon code must be entered online or presented to the sales agent at the time of order.
One-Time Use: Our coupon discounts and bonus premiums can only be used one time per customer.
Specific SKUs: Coupons are valid only for the SKUs mentioned in the offer and cannot be used for other products, whether similar or different.
No Retroactive Application: Coupons cannot be applied to past purchases after the fact.
No Additional Discounts: You can't combine a coupon with other discounts or offers for a single purchase.
Regulated Areas: Coupons are not valid in areas where they are regulated, taxed, licensed, or prohibited by prior agreements with the manufacturer or SKU suppliers.
Expiry: Coupon offers automatically end when the specified date, time, or quantity limit is reached.
Returns: If you return an item purchased with a coupon, you must also return any premium that came with the offer, or you will be charged for the premium you have received.

damaged or Defective products
- If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours at 1-800-942-0220. If a product arrives defective or damaged and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, Audio Advisor will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the item. Please have the product repackaged with all the accessories.
- A replacement product will not be sent until the original product has been received and verified defective or damaged. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at Audio Advisor's warehouse for processing.

Terms of Sale

Refunds Process
Returned products are inspected by our warehouse and refunds are issued within 24 hours of inspection. Please note: it may take 7-10 business days for your bank to show the refunded amount. If you do not see it then, please reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-942-0220.

All clearance products are carefully inspected by our technicians before we offer the item for sale. All clearance products except Used items come with the original manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed to work and sound like new.

Audio Advisor is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell.
If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item.* Please notify your salesman or our customer service department within 30 days of the receipt of the product to arrange for a return.

- The original order shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance fees of returned items.
- At the company's discretion and with advance customer notice, Audio Advisor's Satisfaction Guarantee may be suspended for specific periods of time on select products or orders.
