The Bluesound PULSE M takes the sight and sound of hi-fi enjoyment to new horizons with its unique Omni-Hybrid™ driver design and contemporary aesthetic. The Omni-Hybrid driver incorporates an up-firing, omnidirectional woofer and two tweeters mounted and offset at 45 degrees, powered by a DSP-enabled 80-watt smart amplifier, all working together to create lush, room- filling sound at nearly any listening angle.
The PULSE M configures its unique Omni-Hybrid system inside an elliptical cabinet to make a space-saving design that easily fits into the nooks and crannies of your home. Enjoy placement flexibility with the optional WM230 wall mount accessory or the FS230 floorstands. An acoustically transparent fabric grille combined with Black or White finish options makes for an all-around sensational speaker in both sound and design.

Easy Set-up Right Out of the Box
The PULSE M uses your Wi-Fi network to get set up as soon as it comes out of the box. Simply open the BluOS Controller app and watch as it walks you through the set-up process step-by-step. You can customize the speaker’s name and give it a room, adjust audio settings, and program the 5 quick-touch preset buttons that let you quickly listen to your favorite radio stations, music services and playlists with a simple tap.
As your all-access pass to millions of tracks, the BluOS Controller app allows you to stream songs from your existing music services, tune in to your favorite podcasts, or even listen to music from your personal collection. Thanks to aptX™ HD Bluetooth®, you can wirelessly stream any music or app from a Bluetooth-enabled device in CD-quality, opening up a whole new realm of streaming possibilities.
No Boundaries Hi-Fidelity Listening
The Omni-Hybrid driver features an upfiring 5 1/4" woofer and two 3/4" tweeters mounted and offset at 45 degrees from each other to deliver an immersive, 360° soundstage. A custom-designed acoustic reflector above the woofer diffuses unwanted sonic artifacts while directing the driver's higher frequencies out and away from the speaker. The driver assembly relies on a meticulously engineered power supply and a DSP smart amplifier producing 80 watts of system power to achieve real-time monitoring and control of frequency bandwidth, dynamic range, and distortion to direct clear and lush audio from nearly any listening angle.
One or Many
Thanks to impeccable engineering, the PULSE M can also be paired to create a true two-channel listening experience with an ultra-wide soundstage, even at off-axis listening angles. TV watchers, movie enthusiasts, and gamers can use PULSE Ms as rear surrounds in a Bluesound home theater group to create a truly immersive experience. The PULSE M can work with other players in a Bluesound ecosystem to deliver hi-res, multi-room audio to one or many rooms, simultaneously.
East Connect and Control
Built-in access to over 20 natively-integrated music services and thousands of internet radio stations is available from the BluOS Controller app. Alternatively, connect to your music through WiFi, Ethernet, AirPlay 2, two-way aptX HD Bluetooth, USB-A, 3.5mm dual analog/digital input, or the 3.5mm headphone jack. In the BluOS Controller app, select your music, group players, and adjust an array of settings.
Quick-access playback, including volume controls and 5 programmable presets, is available right on the top of the player with a proximity-sensing touch panel display, or through voice control assistants like Siri, Alexa, or Google Home. The PULSE M also fits right into smart homes, with drivers for Crestron, Control4, RTI, URC, Lutron and other home control systems.
Command Your Music with Voice
With skills and support for Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple’s Siri, you can easily connect your Bluesound Player to the corresponding app and enjoy hands-free voice control of personal music libraries, streaming services and more using simple, streamlined commands. Select a track, play your favorite playlist, pause or skip a song, and even say which room you want to listen to music in through your voice assisted device (Note: there are no microphones on the PULSE M to listen-in on you.). A quick and easy to way control your music, voice control brings you a whole new way to experience music throughout the home.
BluOS Adds Pandora and Presto Music Services
Bluesound is excited to announce the integration of the popular Pandora and Presto Music services into the BluOS platform, augmenting the multitude of streaming services already available.
Pandora offers exceptional music discovery features and curated radio stations. Its integration offers BluOS music lovers access to another seamless and intuitive way to enjoy their favorite tracks and discover new music based on listeners' tastes.
Presto Music specializes in classical and jazz recordings with high-quality content. In select markets, users can now savor Presto Music's vast collection of classical and jazz recordings. With a library boasting 200,000 albums in CD-quality and 34,000 albums in stunning 24-bit/192kHz, subscribers will revel in a focused, extensive, and continuously expanding catalog. The service is tailored with a powerful search engine designed explicitly for classical and jazz music, offering rich composers, artists, and genre profiles, recommendations, and featured releases.
