The three-way Bryston TC1 Mini Center speaker possesses each of these characteristics with abundance. Like all other Bryston products, the goal is accurate playback. It’s a perfect match for all Bryston T-series main channel loudspeakers.
Powerful Three-Way Design
Built to be exceptionally high quality and affordable, the Bryston TC1 Mini Center boasts new driver designs, enclosure vibration analysis, crossover refinement, and anechoic chamber testing. All of this went into creating an amazing product, which brings superior design to the table.
Flanked by two Bryston 8" bass drivers lies the same tweeter and midrange found in other T Series loudspeakers. Filtered by a carefully engineered crossover, these drivers blend seamlessly with the Mini T, Middle T, and Model T main channel loudspeakers. Because these are the same drivers found in the left and right channels, you can be certain of exceptional timbre matching for smooth pans and effortless suspension of disbelief when enjoying movies in your home theatre.
The TC1 Mini Center's drivers consist of two 8" aluminum cone woofers, one 5.25" aluminum cone midrange speakers, and one 1" titanium dome tweeter. The custom designed drivers have die-cast aluminum baskets, substantial magnet assemblies, and custom motor systems.
Substantially Engineered Cabinet
The TC1 Mini Center redefines the term "mini." This smallest T Series center channel speaker still weighs in at a whopping 55 pounds and measures 29" in length. Much of the weight comes from the robust cabinet walls and large bracing network found within. The thick cabinet walls, front baffle, and internal bracing virtually eliminating the ill effects of enclosure vibration.
Included Accessories
Black fabric grilles are provided with the TC1 Mini Cener. Also included are padded feet and spikes, each of which may be screwed into the base of the loudspeaker. Padded feet are suitable for protecting hard surfaces beneath the speaker from damage. Spikes provide a sturdy coupling to softer shelf materials.
