The ELAC Line 260 BS 263 bookshelf speaker showcases the latest high-tech JET tweeter in a beautifully curved cabinet. The cabinet shape, which progressively enlarges toward the front baffle, contributes to the bass response, which is extraordinary for a bookshelf speaker.

Aluminum-Sandwich "Crystal Cone" Drivers
The striking AS-XR cone driver with its faceted appearance creates an instantly impressive look that's matched by the driver's performance. The 6" mid/bass cone is built from a "sandwich" of paper and aluminum. The unique "crystal" cone geometry adds rigidity to help the lightweight cone respond quickly while maintaining its shape.
All ELAC drivers are constructed and designed inhouse using van den Hul internal wiring as well as a crossover network that boasts big air-foil capacitors and core coils from outside providers.
