Years in the making, the EverSolo DMP-A6 The DMP-A6 is a powerful, user-friendly all-in-one player, with quad-core processor and large memory, tailored for lossless music playback. Almost all ultra-high sampling master recording formats are supported by DMP-A6, including CD-quality formats (FLAC, WAV, APE), DSD512, and MQA.
Powerful Audio Engine
The proprietary EOS (EverSolo Original Sampling-rate) audio engine developed by EverSolo engineers, outputs the original sampling rate, providing audio playback that completely bypasses the Android SC restriction. EOS also supports the direct audio output of third-party apps (e.g., Apple Music hi-res direct output).
Additionally, the third generation XMOS 316 has fast processing speed and superior USB bandwidth, which ensures lossless transmission for high-definition audio data. The USB output supports DSD512 Native, PCM768@32bit and MQA full decoding. The optical and coaxial output support DSD 64 (DoP) and PCM192@24Bit.
Dual ES 9038Q2M chipsets establish Double Differential Quadruple Converter for DMP-A6 DAC decoding. Two DAC chips correspond to two channels for D/A conversion output independently. Therefore, it effectively avoids possible interference between channels, reduces the background noise, obtains better signal-to-noise ratio, and greatly improves the dynamic range. Supported are DSD512, PCM768@32bit, and MQA hard decoding.
Fully-Balanced Preamp Circuit
There is no need to invest in an outboard preamp. The analog circuit adopts fully balanced design from DAC chip to the XLR and RCA stereo output. It provides better noise immunity, improving channel separation by eliminating shared loops for stronger and more consistent signal quality.
DOH Processing Chips for HDMI
As a multi-channel streamer, the DMP-A6 adopts DOH processing chips for HDMI audio especially to play and output master DSD music. Except for the support of DSD Native multi-channel raw output and D2P output (PCM multi-channel output) decoding, it also provides a regenerated high-precision independent clock for HDMI for use as a 'digital turntable.'
User-Friendly Control and Streaming
Equipped with a large 6" LCD high-definition touchscreen, the DMP-A6 provides a simple but exquisite user interface, as well as on-screen intuitive touch controls for system settings, local music library and third-party apps, it runs smoothly as a mobile phone.
All the Connectivity You Need
The DMP-A6 can connect with various high-end decoding devices via digital outputs including HDMI, USB, optical, and coaxial. As a decoder, it can connect with audio source equipment like PC and mobile devices using coaxial, optical, and Type-C USB inputs. XLR and RCA analog outputs can connect to active speakers or power amplifiers.
The built-in Bluetooth audio receiver is based on the Qualcomm QCC5125 module. It is Bluetooth 5.0 and supports SBC, AAC, aptX, apt LL, and aptX HD/LDAC Bluetooth audio protocol.
Add Your Own SSD
It's easy to add onboard storage. An M.2 NVME 3.0 2280 SSD slot allows you to install an SSD without removing the cover. Faster, stable and lacking noise, this is the key for optimum high-quality local music playback. The maximum storage is 4TB.
MQA Playback
The DMP-A6 includes MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) technology, which enables you to play back MQA audio files and streams, delivering the sound of the original master recording.
Dual Low Jitter Clock Oscillators
Onboard are two low jitter clock oscillators (45.1584MHz and 49.152MHz), which correspond to 44.1 KHz and 48KHz multiplied sampling management. As a result, audio decoding is more accurate.
Advanced Low-Ripple Power Supply
The DMP-A6 is equipped with a low-noise regulated switching power supply module and several dedicated audio capacitors with minimal ripple and interference. The choke filter circuit is specifically made for AC input, reducing high-frequency line noise in the region of 100 KHz to 5 MHz, ensuring cleaner power, a softer background noise, and clearer musical details.
Expertly-Tuned Audio Quality
The DMP-A6 has been expertly tuned, and the circuit has been thoughtfully contructed, thanks to the wealth of knowledge from engineers at EverSolo who have been actively involved in the audio industry for many years. The THD+N is -120 dB (0.00009%), the SR is 128 dB, and the dynamic range is 128 dB.
User-friendly circuitry lets you adjust the equalizer and parametric equalizer according to preferences, and provides EQ gain as well as left and right channel volume balance adjustment.
For professional-level quality, the primary elements of the audio circuit are excellent, including WIMA capacitors from Germany, NICHCON dedicated audio capacitors, Murata chip capacitor and Omron relays from Japan, and TI Audio Operational Amplifiers from the USA. The goal is to provide the ultimate authentic and pure sonic performance.
