Isolation Puck Feet for Heavier Hi-fi Components

    Recommended Component 2024 – Stereophile

Isolation Puck Feet for Heavier Hi-fi Components

Help your AV gear put its best foot forward by setting your components on top of IsoAcoustics OREA series Indigo Isolation Pucks. They provide a vast improvement to the hard rubber feet or other foot material that come attached to the chassis of your electronics.

The OREA series from IsoAcoustics offers extraordinary levels of isolation for high fidelity audio components and turntables. Applying patented IsoAcoustics design principles provides the highest degree of vibration isolation and 'energy management.' Removing parasitic vibration releases new levels of sound clarity and openness when used with amplifiers, monoblock amplifiers DAC’s, CD players, turntables and more.

    "Recommended Component" Honors

Stereophile honored the OREA Bordeaux by awarding it the magazine's coveted Recommend Component status for 2024.

According to Stereophile, "Gaia and Orea isolation feet are both intended to isolate the products they support from their environment, and both are offered in different sizes/compliances, to suit various component weights.

"After using a Gaia I set ($1199.98 for two sets of four) with his Monitor Audio loudspeakers, RD reported hearing 'an across-the-board improvement in the sound,' and he noticed a similar if less marked improvement after putting Oreas under his PS Audio monoblocks."

"The Sound Acquired Another Measure of Clarity and Transparency"

According to Robert Deutsch in the February 2018 issue of Stereophile magazine, "The sound acquired another measure of clarity and transparency: the result was similar to the effect of putting GAIAs under my speakers."

OREA Bordeaux pucks are ideal for power amps, large turntables, and other heavier AV gear. They support up to 32 lbs. each and measure 1.4" tall with a diameter of 2.6."

OREA Indigo pucks (sold separately) are ideal for lighter weight source components, including DACs, tuners, streamers, smaller amps, and other gear. Each Indigo puck supports up to 16 lbs. The puck is 1.3" high and 2.3" in diameter.

OREA Isolation Pucks are sold individually. Buy as many as you need to support and benefit your component.

"JCA had a similarly positive experience with the Gaia-Titan Theis feet supporting Revel Salon2 loudspeakers, as did MF with the Gaia-Titan Cronos feet under his Wilson Alexxes: 'The improvement in low-level detail, resolution, image focus, clarity, bass attack and decay, and transparency were–I'll write it again– not at all subtle. They were huge!'

"AD put a set of four Gaia IIIs ($199.99) under the heavy wooden plinth of his Garrard 301 turntable and wrote, 'the difference I heard was beyond my expectations.' For the better, he meant."
