Here is a nice alternative that is also designed by MoFi specifically for the SourcePoint 10 – so you know it will hold your speakers with strength and rigidity. The new MoFi Sourcepoint 10 LSS Low Stands are designed to get your speakers up off the floor while providing solid support.

Gets the Tweeter on Axis with Your Ears

Why the shorter height compared to the taller SourcePoint 10 stands? The LSS stands are angled to put the SourcePoint 10 tweeters on axis with your ears and "launch" the sound into the room without visually dominating the room. This approach results in far better performance than simply setting your speakers on the floor, and it also benefits from the speakers being close to the floor, because it improves the bass.

By lifting up your SourcePoint 10 a bit, you get boundary re-enforcement without too much "boominess," and the high frequencies are aimed at your ears as they should be. Putting the speaker directly on the floor gives you too much bass and the tweeter is way off axis, so low is the way to go!
