Solid Aluminum Headshell with Adjustable Azimuth
The Ortofon LH-2000 is a basic high quality solid aluminum headshell. Providing a clean, minimalist aesthetic, the LH-2000 is great for a wide variety of cartridges, including the Ortofon 2M Series. A finger lift provides easy handling. The LH-2000 comes with lead wires for convenient connection.
Quick and Easy Installation
All Ortofon cartridges have color coded terminals, indicating red and green for right the channel, respectively hot and ground terminals; white and blue for the left channel, respectively hot and ground terminals. The green terminal will always be used for grounding the cartridge housings or motor-system, whenever connected inside the cartridge.
We recommend you connect the lead wires to the cartridge and headshell before mounting the cartridge on the headshell. Please remember the correct orientation of the leads. Ortofon cartridges' terminal PIN diameter is 1.2 mm, while Ortofon headshells' PIN diameter is only 1.0 mm.
