Pro-Ject's new Head Box DS2 B headphone amplifier will drive anything with ease, because it outputs a powerful 1100 mW into 33 ohms. Additionally, the Head Box DS2 B has three different current settings to match any headphone type and features four gain settings for high impedance headphones as well as sensitive in-ear monitors. You won't find a more versatile, better sounding head amp for anywhere near the price.

Fully Balanced Dual Mono Design

The fully balanced dual mono design is completed with a phase inverter to convert any unbalanced signal to a balanced one straight at the input. A balanced four-pin XLR output on the front guarantees perfect signal transmission to your headphone.

Dead-Silent Noise Floor

In the output stage, the highly acclaimed Texas Instruments TPA6120A2 chip has been implemented for best possible power handling, which results in superior sound and a near dead silent noise floor. A premium Blue ALPS volume control sounds great and feels good in your hand.

Dual Front-Panel Jacks – Use Both at Once!

Both outputs on the front can be used simultaneously for shared listening experiences: the single ended 1/4" output jack and the balanced four-pin XLR balanced output jack. Listening alone is fun, but sometimes it is even more special when you can share your listening with someone close to you. This feature is also great for comparing headphone models.
