Replace the stock AC adapter power supplies that came with your Pro-Ject devices with the new Power Box DS3 Sources. It's a high quality linear power supply that significantly enhances the sound quality of up to six components, like Box Design streamers, CD players, and preamplifiers, including the possibility to connect a Pro-Ject DC-driven turntable.*

The power supply is a very important part of the audio path and significantly contributes to the sonic quality of an audio product. While Pro-Ject's Box series of compact audio gear and Pro-Ject turntables come with high quality outboard power supplies, for their full potential to shine through, you need to upgrade to a Power Box DS3 Sources. Just connect your gear and enjoy the sonic improvements. Six standard connection cables are included in the packaging.

Soundstaging, darkness of silent backgrounds, and small detail resolution will improve strongly and contribute to far better overall performance of each component.

Massive Toroidal Transformer

A linear power supply consists of a massive toroidal transformer with shielding between the primary and secondary winding, which acts as an isolating transformer and avoids penetration of interferences from mains into the audio component. The built-in transformer has a much higher power reserve compared to the standard power adapter. It has very low output impedance and, in combination with large filtration capability it can easily manage all power needs.

The Power Box DS3 Sources provides the cleanest power for your Pro-Ject gear using a non-switching power supply with low ESR capacitors and low noise components with surge protection. The high filtration capacity is an impressive 10,000 μF. The soft start system avoids current inrush.

Power Box DS3 Sources is made in Europe and comes in a full aluminum housing which protects against interference.
