Enjoy your Rega Kyte speakers more than ever by mounting them at the perfect listening height on a pair of your favorite speaker stands. The Kyte Stand Adaptor from Rega makes it easy, allowing compatibility with a wide range of stands.
Designed to fit directly in place of the standard rear Kyte foot, these adaptors provide a large footprint and a more stable platform when used with third party loudspeaker stands. Constructed from sturdy 2mm powder coated mild steel, the Kyte adaptors are laser cut and CNC folded to ensure accuracy.
The Kyte Stand Adaptor can be used on loudspeaker stand or to provide improved isolation on other surfaces. Each adaptor is fitted in seconds using the same two location positions used for fitting the supplied standard foot. The additional isolation will offer improved stability and performance over the stock supplied rear foot.
Speaker Positioning
Imaging and bass response can be tuned by adjusting the distance of the speaker from the rear and side walls. As with all loudspeakers, this will be dependent on the size of room, flooring and furnishings therefore some simple experiments trying different distances will help optimize the performance to your surroundings. In general, more bass is produced if the cabinet is positioned closer to a structural wall.
Adaptor Kit Contents
Each kit includes two Stand Adaptors, four damping feet for correct axis alignment of the Kyte loudspeaker, four mounting screws, and eight rubber feet for optional use depending on the size of the stand you are using.
