"Bottom Line? This is a Quality Product"
The Roksan Attessa Turntable provides plug and play along with enviable sound quality. It features a unipivot tonearm created with computer-aided modelling by Roksan's electro-acoustic team, all to make your life simpler. There's no complex multi-axis design, no set-up issues. And no hassle – just hi-fi.
The Attessa turntable is Roksan's newest spin on one of the oldest hi-fi technologies. The Unipivot tonearm is lighter and simpler to use, thanks to a composite construction and glass jewel pivot. With turntable speed controlled down to the microsecond by smart new technology, playback is true to the original.
The switchable phono stage lets you plug and play, no matter what system you have, while the isolated plinth design and decoupled feet protect against unwanted vibrations. All of this is delivered in a compact footprint that fits seamlessly with the rest of the Attessa product series.
"Nothing is Overstated, Nothing is Underplayed"
"Offering a relatively compact, attractively designed chassis (it’s even a little futuristic in aesthetic terms), the Roksan Attessa is easy to set up, it's easy to use and it offers a superb suite of sonic sweetmeats," reports Paul Rigby, theaudiophileman.com, November 30, 2021. "Bottom line? This is a quality product. It’s the sort of turntable that will have you nodding your head in knowledgeable approval with bunched eyebrows a-plenty."
"Nothing is overstated, nothing is underplayed… from the hefty, informative and well-controlled low frequencies to the politely crisp and equally information-packed top-end, the Roksan exhibits an enjoyable commonality of tone," notes Simon Lucas, trustedreviews.com, October 11, 2021.
Built-in Phono Stage
It's frustrating getting a brand new turntable only to find that you can't plug it into your amp or receiver, because they don't have a dedicated turntable input. This situation usually requires that you buy an external phono preamp that goes between your turntable and your amp or receiver. Roksan spares you the hassle while providing very good sound quality. Built-into the Attessa Turntable is a quality MM Moving Magnet phono preamp (also known as a phono stage), which lets you connect the Attessa to the standard line-level input of your amp or receiver.
If you already own a phono preamp, or if your amp has a built-in phono stage that you really like, the Attessa Turntable still has you covered. The built-in phono stage is switchable – meaning that you can bypass it by switching it off. Then you can enjoy the phono preamp you already own or possibly upgrade to a pricey preamp later on down the road.
Dana Phono Cartridge Included
The whole idea of the Attessa Turntable is to let you start experiencing exciting, true-to-life sound from your vinyl records right away. In addition to the included built-in phono stage, Attessa also boasts a pre-installed Dana MM Moving Magnet phono cartridge. Dana is designed for performance. It uses a bonded elliptical stylus and a diamond titanium stylus tip with a tapered aluminum cantilever, and it will do your records proud.
Dustcover and Isolation Feet
The chassis of the Attessa and the included isolation feet have been inspired by Roksan's legendary Xerxes turntables. They help decouple your Attessa from room vibration for stable playback.
To keep your Attessa looking new and to discourage airborne dust and dirt, it comes with a handy removable dustcover. Use it between record playing sessions for best results.
