Solid Five-Tube Support for Bookshelf Speakers or Satellites
Smaller bookshelf speakers and satellite speakers get handsome, solid support with Solidsteel NS-4 Five-Column Speaker Stands. These high-performance stands are ideal for home theater systems or that second hi-fi in your office or den.
The NS-4 is 16.7" high with a top-plate size of 6.3" by 6.3" and a bottom plate that's 9.125" wide and 11.06" deep. The top plate is made of treated MDF wood with a painted finish. The bottom plate is constructed from heavy, laser-cut steel.
Sound-Dampened Columns
Each stand is supported by five tubular steel columns painted in a smooth black finish. These columns are filled with Stratocell®, a semi-rigid sound-absorbing polyethylene foam material. Stratocell's innovative closed-cell structure revolutionizes the concept of acoustic correction and boasts the highest classification of sound absorption up to "Class A," dampening room vibrations that that might otherwise enter the speakers and muddy their sonic performance.
